Do you think you’ve seen it all? You’ve been ‘out there’ and you’ve met the world, up and close, and you have seen the fierce competition that is raving across the world, every country, state and city. Even on your block. In the bussiness world, everything is about money. Money leads to power, and with power you have the ability to create more money. And who doesn’t want them both?
Unfortunately, many people understand the importance of wealth and its benefits, and the competition grows every day. So what can one do to increase one’s potential to succeed in the business world? What does it take to climb up the ladder faster, and nest yourself in the best possible and most satisfying position? Wether you are an employee, salesman, or a manager, you will notice how important it is to be able to trust one another. Without it, we would all be fighting eachother like angry cavemen. So trust seems to be highly present at the office.
What if you would apply oxytocin, and go to that meeting, only this time you would actually throw your own ideas on the table. Walk around the table and let them all pick up the applied oxytocin, and then let them have it. After all, this is a competition. Even though he or she is your colleague, manager or boss, we are all entitled to earn better, and it’s a great opportunity to be able to use oxytocin to achieve what you want to achieve. If the boss doesn’t trust you, who will you be in his eyes? Just another person trying to meet ends, barely performing enough in his eyes, and your work would be unappreciated. One deserves better..
As an employee, you’re at the bottom. The bottom is an endless pit of things to put up with. And to get up higher, you’ll need to receive respect. Now you have a lot of creative ideas, and your own vision of how things need to be done.. but how can you transfer this creativity, without having competition stealing what belongs to you. After all, there are a lot of vultures in the sky all aiming for that one target.
With oxytocin, you can potentially make a big difference. When applied, you will be able to stand out of the crowd, and people will actually start listening to you, instead of waiting for you to stop talking. With one knock at the door of the office, of your boss or manager, you will instantly engage a situation where trust is immediately generated within the second oxytocin gets a chance to spread across its radius. As trust builds up, you will become a person who is being listened to, and with that said, someone who is important, and valuable to the company.
People who are able and listened to, are valuable to any company. As your importance grows, sooner or later someone higher up the ladder is going to realize your potential, and if they don’t start acting fast, someone is going to miss out on a lot of ability, to make an organisation run as it should be. Depending on the situation, a promotion, increase of salary or change of status may occur, depending on how often you have put in effort to let oxytocin do its work.
As many salesmen know, trust is the key to conversion. Especially in cases where one works door to door, trust starts at a bare minimum level. Within the 3-6 feet radius, as a salesman, in door to door situations, oxytocin manages to increase trust by over 50%, instantly. Naturally, most trust needs to be gained by the salesman’s own efforts, but the oxytocin will help him on his way to make his situation more comfortable, similarly to the potential customer. As a result, both parties will benefit, as neither will have to deal with the natural obstacle, fear, and with that out of the way, a person can much better focus on sensibility and opportunity.
The manager, maybe your current position or your future gained one, also needs to stay on the right side of the business, and you will need to keep performing. After you have achieved this position, you will have to keep performing until you are in the ‘safe zone’, which exists of management skills, and ofcourse, your boss’s satisfaction. One will always have to convince his superior about your importance, until you have worked enough to know that you are worth it all the way. The use of oxytocin in this process is very appropriate. After all, you will only need oxytocins in the most important part of where everything begins; gaining trust from one another.
